Below you will find our general terms and conditions. By renting a gîte at Château de Salorges you automatically agree to these terms.

1. Rental period: On the day of arrival your accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure you must vacate the holiday home no later than 10:00 AM.
2. Payment: Your reservation is confirmed once we have received 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date.
3. Cancellation: If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total amount is due. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 100% of the total amount is due.
4. Dogs: Dogs are allowed (maximum of 1 per gîte). Your dog must not cause any nuisance to other guests. We charge €35 per week for the stay of your dog. Dogs must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
5. Inventory: If any items from the inventory or furniture are missing or damaged, we kindly ask you to report this. If the damage is attributable to the guest, the replacement value will be charged.
6. Personal belongings / liability: Château de Salorges is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings. Château de Salorges excludes any liability for damage of any kind to property and/or persons during or as a result of the stay on the premises.
7. Joint liability: The tenant and all accompanying guests are jointly liable for any loss and/or damage suffered by Château de Salorges and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of their stay. This applies whether the damage was caused by their own actions or negligence, by third parties present on the property due to their actions, or by any animal or object under their responsibility.
8. Cleaning: We kindly ask you to leave your holiday home broom clean. The kitchen (including cupboards, refrigerator, oven/microwave and emptying the dishwasher) must also be left clean. The cost of final cleaning is €50.
9. Additional cleaning: If the accommodation is not used or left in a proper condition, additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged.
10. Waste: Guests are requested to separate their waste. We will provide the necessary waste bags and instructions on how to separate your waste.
11. Play equipment / swimming pool: At Château de Salorges several play facilities are available (including a trampoline) as well as a swimming pool. These facilities are free to use but entirely at your own risk. Guests are asked to use them responsibly and with care. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. The same applies to the entire property, where responsibility and liability for your own safety and that of your children remain with you.
12. Parking: Château de Salorges is car-free. You can park your car at the main entrance gate.
