The Castle Gîte is located in the part of the château to the left of the tower. It is very spacious and can accommodate 4 guests. If the extra bedroom is rented, it can even accommodate up to 6 people.

The Castle Gîte features:

• Private entrances both on the street side and on the courtyard side.
• Large living kitchen (40 m²) equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 6-burner stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine, and electric kettle. The kitchen offers a beautiful view of the valley. There is a large dining table for 6 people and a separate standing table where you can enjoy your coffee from the coffee corner.
• Spacious living room (40 m²) with an ancient fireplace, beam ceiling, and authentic windows. There is also a SmartTV with Chromecast and, of course, WiFi.
• On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet:
  • Bedroom 1 (30 m²) with a large double bed (160×200 cm).
  • Bedroom 2 (20 m²) with one single bed and one double bed.  
• Private terraces both on the courtyard side and the street side. Due to Château Salorges’ secluded location, there is hardly any traffic along this road (the road to the château is paved; beyond that, it continues as a dirt track).
• For an additional fee, an extra bedroom (15 m²) with a double bed, private bathroom, and separate toilet can be rented (please contact us for this). These rooms are located in the attic floor. It is therefore not recommended to let young children sleep here, as these rooms are somewhat further away from the ‘parent’ bedroom. This is an ideal space to rent for an extra couple of friends joining you or, for example, grandparents.
• Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included in the rental price.

The Castle Gîte boasts beautiful old details with plenty of charm, such as authentic flooring and a stunning antique staircase. Please note, the staircase is narrow, so guests should be reasonably mobile to rent this gîte.
