There are plenty of activities to enjoy in and around the holiday property.
On the estate, you’ll find a large play field where various sports, games, and activities can be enjoyed.
On one side of this field, a swimming pool (approx. 8 x 4 m) is set up during the late spring and summer months. On the other side, you’ll find several play structures and a large trampoline.
Just next to the property runs the small Yonne River, where you can take a refreshing dip on warm days or enjoy fishing, which is done here regularly. Please note that a valid fishing ::contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
When the weather is a bit less favorable, guests can make use of the (covered) recreation room. Here you’ll find, among other things, a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and a wide selection of games for all ages.
It’s also possible to book one or more personal training sessions.

The Morvan is home to beautiful flora and fauna.
Head out and explore one of the many trails and paths the region has to offer—whether you’re on foot, mountain bike (VTT), gravel bike, or road bike, there’s always a scenic or challenging route close by.
For example, there are two exciting mountain bike trails near the holiday property (see www.vtt.fr).
You can also easily walk straight from the property into the surrounding hills and forests, where you’ll find stunning routes with breathtaking views.

Just a short distance from the holiday property, you’ll find two large reservoir lakes: Lac de Pannecière and Lac des Settons. Both lakes are perfect for swimming and offer a wide range of water sports opportunities.
Lac de Pannecière is the largest lake in the region, with a surface area of over 520 hectares.
Known especially as a fishing lake (fishing permit required), it also offers plenty of opportunities for all kinds of water sports.
The area around the lake features beautiful walking and cycling routes.
Lac des Settons is slightly smaller and more tourist-oriented. On sunny summer days, it’s a lively and welcoming spot with a cheerful atmosphere. All kinds of water sports are available here as well.
Various water activities are offered during the summer season.
A walking and cycling path surrounds the lake, allowing you to complete a full loop of approximately 13 km around the entire lake.
